A project is accepted only after applicable specifications, pricing, payment terms, production details, and acceptance requirements have been confirmed.

3. Product Availability

Product images and service descriptions do not guarantee that a particular item, material, color, design, size, or production method will be available. Products and services may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete project information;
Review names, dates, wording, spelling, colors, dimensions, and other details;
Confirm that submitted artwork and files are suitable for their intended use;
Respond to approval requests within the requested timeframe;
Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information;
Use products only for lawful and appropriate purposes;
Follow product-specific care, safety, and use instructions; and
Obtain permission to submit information or materials belonging to another person.

5. Design Approval

When a proof, mockup, or design confirmation is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval. Approval authorizes production based on the approved version.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees, production delays, or the need to restart the project.

6. Colors, Materials, and Product Variations

Screen displays, photographs, lighting, material characteristics, production methods, and manufacturing tolerances can result in differences in color, texture, grain, finish, size, or appearance.

Natural, handmade, and custom-produced materials may contain variations that are not defects. Minor differences between a proof, photograph, sample, and finished item may occur.

7. Customer-Submitted Materials

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us permission to use, store, reproduce, modify for production, and transmit those materials as reasonably necessary to review your request, prepare a design, produce an accepted project, fulfill the transaction, maintain records, and comply with law.

You represent that you own or have sufficient permission to use all submitted names, photographs, logos, graphics, text, artwork, and other content. You may not request unauthorized reproduction of protected intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Requests

We may reject requests involving:

Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or deceptive content;
Unauthorized copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material;
Content that unlawfully violates privacy or publicity rights;
Items intended to facilitate unlawful or dangerous activity;
Misrepresentation, impersonation, or false claims of authorization;
Content that cannot reasonably or safely be produced; or

9. Pricing, Fees, and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may not begin until required project information, approvals, and payments have been received. Additional work or changes outside the confirmed scope may require additional payment.

10. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Personalized and made-to-order products are created for a specific customer and generally cannot be resold. Custom items are therefore generally not returnable or refundable for a change of mind. Project-specific cancellation and refund terms may be communicated before purchase.

If you believe an item was damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with approved specifications, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate response based on the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Production and Delivery Estimates

Production, pickup, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may result from customer approvals, material availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, weather, emergencies, third-party services, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Shipping, Pickup, and Risk of Loss

Available shipping or pickup options will be communicated when applicable. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and following pickup instructions. Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation may be used to document delivery.

Responsibility for carrier-controlled delays, loss, or damage is subject to applicable law and the terms of the carrier. Shipping concerns should be reported promptly.

13. Product Use and Safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and with reasonable care. Decorative products may not be suitable for food contact, outdoor exposure, high temperatures, children, animals, or safety-critical use unless specifically identified as appropriate for that purpose.

Small pieces may present a choking hazard. Products are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Customers are responsible for appropriate supervision, installation, maintenance, and use.

You may not:
